The Journey Retreat isn’t just a getaway, it’s a soul-level awakening. Set in the lush jungles of Costa Rica, this seven-day experience is designed to help you release, reconnect, and rise into your highest self. Each day is intentionally curated with spiritual workshops, guided healing sessions, and integration circles that bring you home to who you truly are.

You’ll work with Indigenous healers, experience sacred ceremonies, and explore the elements through fire, water, earth, and air. There will be moments of stillness under the stars, laughter around the dinner table, and breakthroughs that change the way you see yourself and your life.

Hi, I’m Latha Jay! I’m a spiritual strategist, author, content creator and retreat host devoted to helping people bridge the worlds of energy and everyday life. I teach manifestation, neuroscience, and emotional alchemy in a way that is simple, grounded, and transformational. Through my community, courses, books, and social platforms, I’ve connected with more than a million seekers who are ready to step into their power and create lives that feel aligned, abundant, and deeply authentic. I’m the creator of the 24/7 Manifestation Method, host of The Journey Program & Retreats, and a guide for women who are ready to shed old identities, heal their inner world, and finally become the version of themselves they’ve always felt rising inside them. My mission is to make spirituality both accessible and actionable, rooted in self-trust, emotional intelligence, and the science of how our brains create our reality. As a retreat leader, I blend ritual, intuition, shadow work, embodiment, and conscious community to help you reconnect with your truest self. I hav hosted over 12 retreats, 7 of which have been in Costa Rica. Costa Rica has transformed me again and again, and it’s an honor to welcome you into this sacred space where breakthroughs happen naturally and the soul feels safe to expand.
