Each Casita has a bathroom and 2 beds. You will get to meet your Casita mate on our Pre-Retreat Connection calls.

We recommend taking an evening/overnight flight leaving the day before so we all arrive in SJO around the same time. This will be discussed further on our connection calls. 

We will pick you up in a shuttle if the coordinated times work out (we will plan them to!). You also have the option to travel to the retreat center on your own.

Meals will be based on the groups over all dietary needs.

Get Travelers Insurance, there is a Company called INSUBUI, choose safe travels international.

It should be under $30 for the trip. 

You do NOT need to be vaccinated to enter or leave Costa Rica.

You do need to have travelers insurance if you are not vaccinated. We recommend that EVERYONE coming to this retreat purchase travel insurance regardless of vaccination status.

Masks are not required at the retreat center and while our doors in Costa Rica.

Masks are required on airplanes and in all buildings and stores in Costa Rica.
